I was on course for two days, 5-6 Sep, sebab tu lah no chance to update my blog.

Let's talk about the course. ATTITUDE: Your Priceless Possesion

Trainer, Mr Jeffrey Goh, is really good. He uses a lot of example from his experience. He quoted that you must have passion for your work. Yah! Like me now. Having no passion at all for my work.

The training says that in order for you to be a good boss, you must have this quality:

1. Honest
2. Competent
3. Inspiring
4. Forward-looking

But look at the boss that we have! Are they competent? I don't think so. Tahu suruh buat aje. "You find out as much as you can. It is for your benefit. Then later you summarise for me." Duh!

Honest!! haha ha.. the quality yg most tak ade. They know how to make you work, but then they are somewhere gossiping. Shoe!

Then again. You can't ask them to quit/go away, but you can irritate them further.. haha.. like me. I really irritate my bosses till they tak tahu ape nak buat with me. Cos they can't sack me, but then they can really make me stay stagnant all the way... WAY TO GO!!
