Back to Exercise.. 1..1..2..2..3..3
Boxercise... Have anyone tried it? A lot of ppl have done. Me, I just started last Friday.
So what's my thots? It is actually aerobics but with boxing elements. Kinda strenuous but I enjoyed tremendously. Cos the instructor was humourous. He really knows how to get us going. Anyway, this is really my first time back to aerobics since 1999. How many years back was that? 7yrs.
Yes, I did some exercise but never the extreme sweat pouring sort. It is always the relax, sight seeing. To think about it. I used to be in the atheletic club in my primary school days. I used to enjoy P.E so much. I just love sports, I was in the netball team, volleyball team, badminton team, running team. I used to compete to get gold for my IPPT & I achieve for 3yrs (sad to say 1 silver in my sec 4) in my secondary school. I really enjoy the OBS activities.
Even during poly, I was in the women soccer team. But I think I was trying to a bit feminine. That's when I slowed down my atheletic side. Then, I saw my stomach getting bigger, no more flat tummy. I regret not maintaining that. I remember the gals used to envy whenever they caught my unflabby during changing clothes.
*Sigh*. Look at me now. Not only with the unsightly single pack. I'm becoming rounder. No more shopping for size 'S'. It will either Large or "can I have XL pls?". People kept commenting "Hey, you put on weight."
YAH!!
I can't stop trying food. I just love good junk food. I love munchies. Oh exceptional to potato chips or any saltish munchies or those "asam" or "sembui". Ok I love ice cream, chocolates, nuts, fried wings, mayo.
Actually I can control my food diet. I love salad. I prefer western soup or meal to asian. If you give me steak or nasi briyani. I take steak. I would prefer to take sandwiches then to a rice meal. So can I go slim, I think I can.
Ok maybe the exercise is coming & go on.. err.. I hope not stopping.. hehe...
