Up your service!
Well, it is all depends on one's mentality? How this person is brought up? Is he is a pesimistic person or optimistic person?
SERVICE EXCELLENCE
- Criminal (Awful, horrible, yucks, sucks)
- Basic (E.g. you will reach your destination even if you got the worst taxi driver)
- Expected (E.g. you will reach your destination)
- Desired (E.g. you will reach your destination even w/o you telling the taxi driver the way)
- Suprising (E.g. The taxi driver help you with your heavy baggage out from his taxi)
- Unbelievable (E.g. The taxi driver actually send you home even you do not have enuf $$, and actually give you some $$ just in case)
Well, which category do I fall into? Well again depends on the job, the situation, the person.
If I don't like the person, but I do need to assist him. I assist with sulk face, or I will assist with the longest time period just to get to his nerves.
But if I am very busy, but this person is very nice to me, I will assist but maybe later.
If I am paid to provide service e.g. a salesperson, I have to smile & extend my greatest service even to the rudest ugliest attitude customers. Well, customer is always right.
